A combination of spray foam and batt insulation will improve the energy efficiencies of the home. One discovery when we started demo was many of the original walls did not contain any insulation! Once all of the attic work is complete we will also add blown insulation.
This is a milestone in the construction schedule. Insulation is the marker that the rough-ins are complete and now we are ready for drywall.
