At the rough-in stage we are now installing plumbing, electrical and gas requirements. The addition of a gas range and an outdoor patio heater will require additional gas lines. Our scope of renovation does not include any redevelopment in the basement. The ceilings and basement are finished so we are choosing to access these services from the floor. By opening up the floors, we will be able to pull all the required services. Re-insulating the floor space can also occur with these additions.
