After all of that hard work of exploring ideas and possibilities, and making informed decisions, we’re now going to complete the design concept and make it a reality. Design challenges can arise during the construction phase of your project, but we are here to ensure these issues are handled swiftly and with a professional air. With our experience, issues that seem problematic are quickly resolved.
As things progress in your space, we will continue to be the design consultants. We can also act as project managers to ensure your space is executed on time and on budget.
How we manage our client’s needs and expectations
If we are chosen to act as your project manager, we will make use of Our Exacting Project Control System to solicit bids on your behalf. We’ll assemble a team of carefully vetted, professional tradespeople to complete your project.

If you chose to tender bids for construction, your general contractor is free to call us for clarification or specifications as required.
