Spinach Salad

3 ½ Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp catsup
3 garlic cloves minced
1Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1Tbsp bottled steak sauce
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp sugar
¾ tsp paprika
½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 cup sunflower oil
4 bunches spinach
¾ c Parmesan
3 hard cooked eggs
¾ lb crisp bacon
mushrooms

Combine first 10 ingredients. Make sure mustard and paprika are dissolved. Add oil slowly beating constantly.

Place ½ cup on bottom of bowl. Tear spinach leaves in half and place over dressing. Add eggs, cheese and bacon bits.
