Pomegranate Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., spinach, arugula, lettuce)
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:
- Start by washing and drying the mixed salad greens. You can use a pre-packaged salad mix or create your own combination of greens.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the salad greens, pomegranate seeds, crumbled feta cheese, chopped nuts, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad. You can adjust the amount of dressing to your taste, but start with 1/4 cup and add more if needed.
