Orzo Rice Pilaf

In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt ½ cup butter, add 1 cup Orzo (rice shaped) pasta. Cook until golden, stirring often (about 10 mins).

Stir in 4 cups water, 1 cup long grain rice and 3 chicken bouillon cubes. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and orzo and rice are tender.
Garnish with fresh chiffon-ed basil and chopped tomato.
