Guiding Principle #3: Asking the right questions
The only way to understand a person or project is to ask a lot of questions. We are not afraid to do this and when we get asked questions and don’t know the answer we will say so and get back to you when we have the answers. Questions are also a great way to make sure all parties are on the same page and understand the problem or solution the same way. Less confusion for everyone.
