At Decca Design, we believe in the power of creativity and strong connections, which is why we’re excited to announce our annual meeting & retreat in the stunning town of Canmore!

Located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, Canmore offers not just breathtaking landscapes but also a tranquil setting perfect for reflection and inspiration. This retreat was a special opportunity for our team to recharge, collaborate, and explore fresh ideas.

During our time in Canmore, we engaged in various activities crafted to spark creativity and strengthen our team dynamics. We enjoyed delightful family-style meals, where we connected over delicious food and meaningful conversations. Our discussions also centered on our annual goals, setting the stage for another year of innovation and growth.

This year’s retreat was particularly special as we celebrated Decca Design’s 25th anniversary! We took time to reflect on our journey and achievements, and we’re excited about the future. A special highlight of our celebration was the unveiling of the Decca Signature Cocktail, a delicious and symbolic tribute to our creative spirit and enduring legacy.

From brainstorming with majestic mountain views as our backdrop to outdoor main street adventures that sparked our perspectives, every moment was both refreshing and enriching. Our retreat went beyond the work itself; it was about deepening our connections and reigniting our passion for Decca Design.
