Nestled in the cozy town of Okotoks, a local dentist was in the process of opening his first practice. With an excellent location, the space was light and spacious with large windows. It was important to find a way to pay homage to the dentist’s heritage that the brand was created after. The history behind the name of the dental clinic was to be a focal point in the office. Most importantly, the customer experience was a crucial factor in how the space was to be designed. Patient comfort was a top propriety when considering features that could be incorporated into the creation of the clinic.

Decca Design’s creation of this new dental clinic in Okotoks achieved significant RODI by prioritizing patient flow and space efficiencies. The design strategically utilized natural light and included features like a coffee counter and a warm towel service, enhancing patient comfort and experience. The thoughtful layout of the reception and treatment rooms, along with staff amenities like a shower for the biking dentist, ensured operational efficiency and a welcoming environment. This clinic’s design successfully blends the dentist’s personal heritage with professional functionality, making it an inviting and efficient space for both patients and staff.
