Executive Assistant
Decca Design is seeking candidates that are highly organized administrative professionals with experience supporting executives for an immediate opening for an in-office position in our fast-paced environment. This full-time role will report to our principal and stay five steps ahead of their leader allowing them to make their greatest contributions to our business.
The executive assistant will ensure that administrative tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality and accuracy. Must have excellent communication skills, in both written and oral form. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Tracking and responding to communications across multiple channels will be required.
The position is an opportunity to be supportive, detailed, motivated and grow with a well-respected, boutique design firm serving high-end residential and medical & dental commercial clients for over 24 years.
We are looking to bring our new team member on board as soon as possible, however we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit for both abilities and dynamic company culture. We are a close-knit family business.
Must be highly proficient in Google and MS Office suite and be open to new technology.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the principal’s calendar, meetings and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with the internal team and external sources
- Coordinate marketing campaigns
- Collaborate in the assembly of proposals
- Track project components with fellow team members
- Research projects as required
- Maintain and energize relationships
- Attend regular meetings, calls and follow up activities
