This was another spec home development for a successful and meticulous craftsman. This complicated partial walk out lot would consist of 4 bedrooms, kitchen with supporting butler’s pantry, dining area and large great room. A fully developed basement and a three-car garage round out the amenities of this north west home.

The Design Solution:
The Solution:
This model started with a plan in mind and some ideas to tweak a previously successful design. The footprint would be modified to fit within the lot constraints. Unique features such as an eyebrow window, stone detailing and custom cabinetry enhance the many components of this residence. Your first impression is the stunning front door and custom wrought iron railings. Vaulted ceilings including many trim details can be found throughout. An elegant color and finish palette and beautiful furnishings compliment the finished product.
