Pork Ribs

3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
2 ¼ cups ketchup
¾ cup chicken broth
4 ½ tablespoons light molasses
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

4 large racks back ribs or pork side ribs (2 ½ lb each)
Salt & pepper
1 cup chicken broth
8 tablespoons chili powder
4 teaspoons soy sauce
Sprinkle each side with salt & pepper, and 1 tbsp. of chili powder. Arrange racks on foil-covered baking sheets. Pour ½ cup chicken broth & 2 teaspoons soya sauce over each sheet of ribs. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 15 min.
Uncover & let cool slightly. Combine ingredients for sauce, and brush onto ribs. Grille on BBQ until caramelized.
